Practice Policy

We aim to provide a high quality, open, caring service. We work as a team with you to promote your health needs.  We aim to make sure that everyone has equal access to health care.  We welcome everyone of all races, religions, abilities, gender and sexual orientation.

You are welcome to access and read your medical records.  A doctor or nurse can address any questions you have.

What We Ask Of You

You will be treated with courtesy and respect by all of our staff members at all times and we would ask that you treat us in the same manner.

Our practice team work hard and often under considerable pressure to bring you a reliable, efficient and friendly service.   They do not need and we, as a practice, will not tolerate violence or abusiveness.  Such behaviour could result in patients being removed from the practice list.

How to Register as a Patient

You can register with the Practice by coming into Reception and bringing your medical card.  If you have lost this, the Receptionist will give you a form GMS1 to complete.
